BrainCloud and Azure services are included in BECA's cloud offering. We are proud to offer our own hybrid cloud solution to our clients - BrainCloud. Similar to a private cloud, BrainCloud is dedicated to just you. And like public cloud, your data is stored off-site in our secure data center on our top-of-the-line equipment.


Providing support to end users is one of the most important aspects of our business, and we are proud to employ a team of engineers who excel at customer service. Our team is easy to reach by phone from 7:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.

In addition, our online portal - MyBECA - makes it easy to open, close, and manage tickets. See in-time status updates on your tickets and send messages to the engineer(s) working on your ticket.
